You possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability, restriction, or incapacity that would prevent you from forming a valid contract.

3.3 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

You are accessing pusad4 Services from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. pusad4 operates under international licensing and is hosted on offshore servers outside Indonesian jurisdiction. Indonesian law regarding online gambling accessed from offshore platforms remains legally ambiguous. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for determining whether your use of pusad4 Services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

3.4 Voluntary Participation

You are accessing and using pusad4 Services voluntarily, of your own free will, and without coercion. You have not been induced, encouraged, or solicited by pusad4 or any third party to gamble.

3.5 Account Authenticity

You are registering your Account using true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are registering in your own legal name and for your own personal use. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties, using false information, or for commercial/business purposes are strictly prohibited.

3.6 Single Account Policy

You agree to register and maintain only one (1) Account with pusad4. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access pusad4 Services, you must complete the online registration process by providing the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• Date of birth (to verify you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password
• Currency selection (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR)

All information provided must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pusad4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

First-time withdrawal requests will always trigger KYC verification. You must provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal processing delays and potential account restrictions. pusad4 employs KYC procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and to comply with international licensing requirements.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

pusad4 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

4.4 Account Restrictions

The following Account activities and uses are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts)
• Sharing your Account with other individuals
• Allowing third parties to access or use your Account
• Using your Account for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Using your Account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a business entity
• Employing bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information

Violation of any Account restriction will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah)

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes for e-wallets and bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation (10-30 minutes). pusad4 does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Important: Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not owned by you) are strictly prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance and will be returned to the source, minus any processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available Player Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)

Maximum Withdrawal: No maximum limit for verified accounts in good standing

Processing Time: pusad4 processes withdrawal requests within an average of 3-10 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits (to prevent money laundering)
• If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, alternative arrangements can be made with customer support approval
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawals are processed
• Accounts with pending verification requests cannot withdraw until KYC is completed

Withdrawal Fees: pusad4 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge receiving fees beyond our control.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

pusad4 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds of 1.50 before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering. Accounts exhibiting suspicious deposit-withdrawal patterns without meaningful wagering activity will be flagged for investigation and may be subject to account closure and fund forfeiture.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms and conditions specific to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "turnover") before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example:

• A Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets
• A 100% deposit bonus on a Rp 200,000 deposit with 30x wagering on deposit+bonus requires Rp 12,000,000 in total bets (Rp 400,000 × 30)

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Live casino games: varies by game (typically 10-50%)
• Sports betting: varies by odds (typically only bets at odds 1.50 or higher contribute)

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While bonus funds or wagering requirements are active, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse. The standard maximum bet is Rp 50,000 per spin, hand, or bet. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus terms are active will void the bonus and all associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have validity periods (typically 7-30 days from the date of issuance). Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period. pusad4 is not obligated to extend expired bonuses.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

pusad4 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profits from bonus funds (e.g., hedging, low-risk betting patterns)
• Exceeding maximum bet limits during active bonus periods
• Depositing, claiming bonuses, and immediately withdrawing with minimal play

Bonus terms are designed to provide entertainment value while protecting the Platform from exploitation. Fair play is expected from all Users.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play. The following activities constitute unfair play and are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Colluding or coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in chip dumping, soft playing, or other forms of cheating

pusad4 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for unfair play will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If unfair play is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7.2 Game Results

Sports betting odds are set using professional risk management systems. pusad4 does not manipulate game outcomes or odds. All results are final and binding once recorded in the system, except in cases of obvious technical errors.

7.3 Disputes

If you believe a game result is incorrect due to technical error, you must report the issue to customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of the disputed result. Include your username, game name, bet ID, and detailed description of the issue. pusad4 will investigate and provide a response within seventy-two (72) hours. pusad4's decision on disputes is final and binding.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pusad4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to User error, negligence, or violation of these Terms
• Technical failures, system errors, or software malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Third-party actions, including payment processor failures
• Legal consequences arising from your use of Services in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited

pusad4's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pusad4, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Your use of the Platform or Services
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity conducted through your Account

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds). Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by pusad4

pusad4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of this Agreement
• You provide false or misleading information
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You create multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
• You abuse bonuses or promotions
• You use automated software, bots, or cheating methods
• Your Account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or licensing authority

Upon termination for violation of this Agreement, all funds and winnings in your Account may be forfeited. pusad4 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account termination.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. pusad4 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts. If your account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the Account will be closed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pusad4 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By using pusad4 Services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising from this Agreement.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
